Who walks away with a win in the Rams-49ers matchup? (0:59)

Spears picks the Rams to win in the fourth week of the season. There is a time and a place.

While answering a question about Miami Dolphins quarterback Tua Tagovailoa's injury situation and player safety, the Los Angeles Rams defensive back took the conversation in another direction.

Ramsey said that player safety should be one of the most important topics to discuss. It should be discussed more. It's like getting fined for tights or something like that. That needs to be left out of the conversation.

Ramsey, who said he has been fined every week this season for a uniform violation, said he thinks the league should be more concerned with player safety.

Ramsey said that they needed to put an emphasis on that. His socks are either too high or too low. That is so dull. I am so far away from that.

Ramsey checks with the person responsible for uniform guidelines on the sideline before each game to make sure he doesn't get fined. He said the fine for wearing knee pads that didn't cover his knees was reduced after he appealed. He said he was fined because he didn't have the correct socks on.

Ramsey said that he's going to be "swaggy" out there. I'm going to wear the same thing this week as well. Alright, come on with it.

I play the game integrity-wise. I play the game well. I want people to be safe. I want to hit my opponents and hurt them. I do not want to hurt anyone. The game is about something. The other BS is not the reason for it. I would like to start the conversation now.

Is that correct? It's not hurting the integrity of the game if we want to go out there and look good and it's not costing us money. It makes no sense.

Ramsey will match the money he's fined this season and give it to a charity.

He said he doesn't like the idea of the NFL fining players for violating uniform rules but then making money off of them.

The integrity of the game is not being taken away. Who doesn't care about that? Kids think that is cool. They want to fine us but they also want to promote us and make money off of us when guys are out there. And then they make money out of it. The kids will want to buy the stuff that we wear.

Is that correct? I don't understand why they put so much emphasis on that and then try to make money off of it. I don't think it's right.
