After his single-car crash earlier in the week, the Cleveland Browns have decided to sideline him for the game against Atlanta.
On Friday, the star pass-rusher was listed as questionable.
He noted Friday that he would love to play if the call were up, even though he hadn't practiced since the crash. He's not going to go to Atlanta.
He said that it was his competitive spirit and nature that made that happen. We have to assess that prior to the game. We will make that decision closer to the game.
According to the Ohio State Highway Patrol, there was a car crash near Wadsworth, Ohio, in which the driver hit a ditch. The vehicle hit the fire hydrant and overturned. He was released from the hospital Monday and cleared concussion protocol this week.
He suffered injuries to his left shoulder and right bicep in the accident, but is making a good recovery.

A woman who was in the vehicle with him was taken to the hospital with a head injury. The highway patrol found no evidence of impairment by drugs or alcohol, and that the two people in the car were wearing seat belts.
He admitted that he woke up in pain, but said he was feeling better after treatment.
