Points out independent neuro expert had to clear him. Once review is done, full results will be released publicly.
Tagovailoa left the game in the second quarter after he appeared to be knocked out. He was taken off the field on a stretcher and taken to a local hospital with head and neck injuries, but he was released from the hospital and returned to South Florida.
