On Wednesday's episode of "Red Table Talk," Panettiere talked about the toll that a complicated custody situation is having on her daughter.

The daughter of Panettiere's ex Wladimir is living in Europe. Panettiere explained to host Jada Pinkett Smith and her guest co-host Kelly Osbourne that she has been living there since last year when the boxer petitioned for full custody in his home country.

Panettiere said she goes to visit her daughter when she can.

At about the 27 minute mark of the episode, she said that her dad called her and asked if she could call other women. My heart stopped as I breathed. He thought this was hilarious.

The "Nashville" star was horrified by the information she learned. She said she didn't think the same thing that she did. She said that it was a cry for help.

Panettiere said her daughter was talking gibberish after she asked to talk immediately.

The actor said she tried to convince the boxer that not seeing her mother on a regular basis will hurt her when she is older. Panettiere is worried that Kaya will experience "anger" or "Depression" as a result of her absence, and she doesn't believe that the world champion boxer understands or believes the concept.

Panettiere hopes that when she gets older, her desires will be respected more and she will be able to visit her mom in the US.

Panettiere said that she had not fully opened up about her custody situation because she was scared to talk about it. His brother Vitali is the current mayor of the city.

Panettiere told the "Red Table Talk" hosts that as a European athlete without many female influences, she sometimes misunderstands the physical effects emotions can have on the body.

She said that when she had a baby and had a mental illness, she thought she was doing it on her own.

She said that if you control your mind, you can control everything.

In July of this year, People reporter Aili Nahas spoke to Panettiere about her addiction to alcohol, as well as her struggles with depression and alcoholism.

Panettiere said on "Red Table Talk" that she signed over full custody of her daughter to the boxing champ after she went to treatment for addiction. She said it wasn't completely her decision to sign over custody.

She said she was going to get better by working on herself. It was shocking when she said she wanted full custody of her.
