According to Bill Clinton, there is a limit to how many migrants the United States can take.

Clinton made the comments during an interview with CNN's Fareed Zakaria, who asked, "Now what you have is a lot of people who are basically economic migrants?" Isn't it true that there needs to be an order placed on this? There's some control.

Clinton said he agreed with that. Clinton said in a CNN interview that the system is based on an assumption that things would be more normal.

More than 2.1 million migrant encounters have been recorded by border agents so far this fiscal year.

When he was a young man, the former president recalled a time when Mexican migrants traveled back and forth across the border to work in agriculture.

The largest number of refugees since World War II have been caused by problems in Syria and other countries.

He criticized Texas governor Greg Abbott for busing migrants from the border to "sanctuary cities" in order to draw attention to the border crisis.

The influx of 2 million refugees in Venezuela has created unprecedented new challenges and provided opportunities for stunts like Gov. Abbott sending his refugees to some place that he thinks is advocating for a broad-minded policy.

He criticized the Florida governor for sending 50 migrants to Martha's Vineyard.

The people were sent to Martha's Vineyard byDeSantis. The former president said that it might haunt him a bit.

In his 1995 State of the Union address, Clinton acknowledged that "all Americans, not only in the States most heavily affected but in every place in this country, are rightfully perturbed by the large numbers of illegal aliens entering our country."

At the time, he added.

The Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act was signed by Clinton.
