Due to multiple delays, the Cybertruck is not currently in existence. If the need arises, it will be able to act as a boat.
Cybertruck will be waterproof so it can cross rivers, lakes, and even seas that aren't too choppy.
The waterproof function is due to the fact that the Cybertruck needs to be able to travel from Star base to South Padre Island.

Musk didn't say what brief means. Some people may not like the claims about the waterproofness of the car. The Model Y vehicles have been criticized for their front trunks.
Some electric vehicles are able to drive through a lot of water. Rivian posted a video of the R1T truck going through a deep lap pool as part of a test.

The Cybertruck received a mixed reaction from consumers, with some hailing it as a triumph and others highly critical of its design. Thousands of people paid the $100 reservation fee for a truck even though they were criticized.
Musk said production would start in the late 2020s. It was expected that a tri- motor version would go into production in the late 19th century. Both of them have yet to be made. Since the beginning of the year, prototypes have been spotted on public roads.
During the second quarter earnings call, Musk said that the Cybertruck was on track to go into production in 2023.
