The Ohio State Highway Patrol issued a citation for failure to control his motor vehicle to the ClevelandBrowns defensive end in the wake of a car crash on Monday.

The highway patrol said that the accident was caused by the unsafe speed that he was travelling on. According to the crash report, the driver was going 65 mph on a road with a 45 mph speed limit.

A star pass-rusher was hurt when his vehicle went off the side of the road and flipped over. The three-time Pro Bowler was at home resting and was expected to return to the training facility Thursday morning.

It's not ruled out that he won't play against the Atlanta Falcons.

According to the team, the concussion protocol has been cleared by the patient after the crash.

According to the highway patrol, there was a car wreck near Wadsworth, Ohio. His car overturned after hitting a fire hydrant. The female passenger who was in the vehicle was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.

The highway patrol said that impairment by drugs or alcohol is not suspected, and that both of the people in the car wore seat belts.
