Elon Musk Revives Tesla’s Old Spat With EV Rival Henrik Fisker

In the early days of the company, Musk sued Fisker for breaching his contract. He accused the car designer he brought in to help style the Model S of being involved in a plot to launch a rival company. The billionaire CEO took a jab at Fisker, the new company that will produce electric SUVs.

In response to a story about some of its former executives being sued for leaving to work for another EV startup, Musk commented on his account. The assets of the former Fisker automotive were acquired by the Irvine, California-based company after the company's founder quit. The Revero is the main model.
