The incentive package for Aer Lingus was offered by the local government and business groups. It's a common package for long-haul air service to smaller markets. A coalition of local civic and business leaders joined together in St. Louis to lure the German flag carrier to the area. The deal will pay out over three years.

Aer Lingus will have flights on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays. The flight leaves Cleveland at 8:20 pm and arrives in Dublin at 8:50 a.m. The return flight leaves Dublin at 3:30pm and arrives in Cleveland at 6:50pm.
