At the company's Artificial Intelligence Day on September 30th, there will be an early prototype ofTeslaBot. The transformer bot is a humanoid robot that can complete repetitive or dangerous tasks.
The company is said to plan on using the helpers to complete work in its factories.

At last year's Artificial Intelligence Day, a rendering and some details about theTeslaBot were revealed by Musk. According to Musk, these humanoidrobots are meant to interact with both humans and machines in order to do dangerous, menial, or boring tasks. He claimed in the presentation that the robot personality is meant to be friendly and easy to control.
Musk said we would be getting the first look at a prototype.
In the midst of a labor shortage, the prospect of a robotic workforce seems appealing. Experts doubt the company's ability to accomplish significant leaps in robotics that will make the Optimus a viable alternative to a human workforce.
Nancy Cooke is a professor in human systems engineering at Arizona State University.
She said that if he got the robot to dance, that was already done. That isn't really impressive.
Skepticism is well-warranted in regards to Musk. Musk has a tendency to overpromise and under deliver if he doesn't deliver. Some people think the delays for his project are intentional.
In the long term, Musk thinks that the car market will be more important than the transformer market. We will have to wait until the announcement to find out if theTeslaBot has legs or if it will be another Cybertruck scenario. As it addresses its advances in self-driving cars and other topics related to artificial intelligence, it will likely have a lot more to say on the topic of Artificial Intelligence Day.
