She was head of operations and strategy at Aquilium Travel when she joined as head of distribution.

Harper has more than 15 years of travel industry experience, covering ancillary products, tour operations, bed banks and homeworking, working closely with both trade and contact center teams.

She will work with Dave Eastwood on a transition plan for the contact center. Eastwood becomes the head of inventory and trading. They will be reporting to Phil.

After working as a senior retail manager at Tui UK, she moved to World Attraction as account manager.

The new role of head of distribution will be filled byNicola.

Ian Benjafield has more than 25 years of experience in the travel industry and has joined the line as head of communications. He has worked for Disneyland Paris, Thomas Cook and Travelodge.

He will be working with the agency that was appointed as Ambassador's PR agency.

As Britain's newest cruise line, we have a lot to say. Ambassador wants to hear from guests, trade partners and media about the great experiences and memories we are creating.

The appointment of Ian, with his varied experience and deep understanding of the travel PR landscape, comes at a pivotal time for the company as we continue on our current growth trajectory.

Ambassador's second ship, Ambition, will be launched in May 2023 with the help of Ian.
