Bo Nickal is going to be a topic of discussion in Las Vegas.

Nickal, a three-time NCAA Division I national collegiate wrestling champion, submitted another opponent on Dana White's Contender Series on Tuesday night.

It was Nickal's second win on the Contender Series in two months, and it earned him an exclusive contract to fight in the UFC less than two years into his MMA career.

White said after Nickal's performance that he wrote notes to remember the fights. There is only one note on my paper. The confidence this kid had to roll into the triangle the way he did was something he had never experienced.

A lot of people are excited about the future of this child. Thank you for joining the UFC.

Nickal is arguably the hottest prospect in MMA due to his wrestling background and the early work he has done under coach Mike Brown. He finished Borrego with a rear-naked choke in 62 seconds.

We do that, baby. Nickal said that he was born for this. I want to be the number one pound-for-pound fighter in the world. I'm barely into my career but I'm going to the top.

Nickal dropped Beard with an overhand, and never looked back. He followed Beard to the floor and mounted him. Nickal successfully transitioned into a triangle choke for the finish after Beard turned him over.

Nickal was expecting to stand with him for one punch. The whole camp has been worked on by me. I am aware of my power. It's not possible for anyone to put up with me. I'll take you out wherever you want to go.

Nickal called out two people for their UFC debut. White said that the promotion would build Nickal like any other young fighter and that he wouldn't be booked against a top opponent.

White said "let's not get crazy here" when asked about Nickal's callout of Chimaev.
