Mulkey is silent. She cracked her skull after tripping over it and thinking. The coach- player relationship was beneficial for four years. When she railed against masks, she showed as much sympathy for Griner as she did during the height of the COvid-19 epidemic.
Mulkey probably agrees with the many Americans around the country who have supported or mocked the maximum punishment for the sake of law and order. Donald Trump went out of his way to make fun of a potential prisoner trade that would lead to the release of Griner. He was in favor of reducing sentences for drug offenses in response to the rural white communities ravaged by the opiate crisis.
Mulkey didn't offer support for Griner when she revealed her sexuality to Kate Fagan. Mulkey tried to get Fagan fired. During the most recent WNBA season, while playing in Russia, she stuck up for Mulkey, telling Mechelle Voepel: "It's not a personal attack on her." She was doing what she thought was right.
It was anti- the system for me. But I'm still a big fan of the Bears. I also learned from it. I believe she learned something from it and will apply it to the new players she is coaching.
Mulkey has kept her reasons a secret. Mulkey has to walk back from many of her first impulses. You are the type of person who failed the Homelander test if you agree with Mulkey. You should reexamine your opinion of right and wrong if you agree with the antagonist frequently. College basketball uses the Mulkey test.
Mulkey was guided by her moral compass to defend the administration at Baylor. She told a home crowd to punch anyone who discouraged their daughter from going to college.
She said that she would pay for anyone else's daughter to come to this place. I work here on a daily basis. I'm aware of it. I don't want to hear it. This is a great place to call home. The former players have denounced Mulkey's character since she expressed her reluctance to comment on the case. It is telling that Mulkey's former players would harshly criticize her. Dawn Staley has a good relationship with former players.
When Mulkey was given the chance to make a supportive statement for a player she recruited out of high school, she only developed a filter. She found him nothing more than a commodity. She had more positive things to say about Donald Trump. Mulkey no longer had any use for her. Her instincts are grotesque and she is selfish. Future recruits are hopefully listening.
