Crystal Cruises has hired a trio of former sales team members as it plans a campaign to re engage travel advisors.

Ross is the new director of strategic and national accounts. In her new position, she will be in charge of relationships with partners.

Ross was the director of host accounts at Crystal Cruises for five years. She held that position until Crystal stopped working. She was hired by the company in June.

The regional sales director for the eastern half of the U.S. will be Paul Girouard, who left Crystal in April of 2020.

As regional sales director for the western half of the country, she will be based in the San Francisco Bay area.

Jeff Herzfeld is the new director of reservations, sales support and guest relations for Crystal Cruises. Shezfeld will be in charge of the guest relations team. Herzfeld used to be in charge of guest services at Virgin Voyages.

Three months after the acquisition of the line's two oceangoing ships, brand name and past guest information, the company is trying to connect with travel advisors.

The reborn line is expected to launch in the summer of23.

Jack Anderson is the president of Crystal Cruises and a veteran of the brand.

Royal Caribbean Group and Silversea Cruises have sued a former employee who joined the new Crystal Cruises brand. The defendants are accused of violating nondisclosure and nonsolicitation agreements. The defendants are Crystal Cruises. Silversea and Royal are seeking a lot of money.
