The fourth week of the regular season is here. We've seen a lot of games come down to the wire this year. There have been 18 games decided by three or fewer points. The fourth quarter is still as important as ever, but it's no longer as important as it used to be. The power rankings are up to date. There is a change in the top five. We don't know if anyone predicted this team to rise so quickly in the rankings, but they have played some good football recently. There is another surprise team in the top three. Could this team be the best in the conference? It will be determined by time. The New England Patriots dropped after a loss to the Baltimore Ravens and an injury to quarterback Mac Jones. In order to find out how every team's quarterback is doing this season, we checked in with NFL Nation reporters. They were matched with the team's Total QBR and where it ranked in the league. The Power Rankings are updated by a group of more than 80 writers, editors and TV personality. Let's move on to it. Our new top team. Jump to a team:

QBR rank: 1st1. Miami Dolphins (3-0)
Tua Tagovailoa is off to a great start in his third season in the National Football League. He is halfway to his career high in touchdown passes with eight, and he is second in the league in passing yards. He is second in yards per attempt in the National Football League. The new coaching staff and improved supporting cast around him seems to have unlocked the potential Miami saw when he was drafted No.5 overall in 2020.
Week 3 ranking: 1
The team QBR was 77.3.
QBR rank: 3rd
The Bills lost their first game of the season, but Josh Allen has had a great start to the season. He has the lowest rate of off-target throws and leads in passing first downs. Allen's completion percentage is career best. Things haven't been flawless. The Bills need to work on evening out the offense as Allen is also the team's leading running back, but the fifth-year quarterback has set the groundwork for yet another impressive season.
Week 3 ranking: 8
The team QBR is 74.7%.
QBR rank: 5th
The early favorite to be the league's most Valuable Player is Hurts. He ranks second among quarterbacks in rushing yards and first in rushing touchdown, but it's his improvement as a passer that has made a difference. Hurts is completing passes at a higher rate than he has in the past. He's third in passing yards and sixth in QBR. The Eagles are off to a great start.
Week 3 ranking: 2
The team's QBR was 76.0.
QBR rank: 4th
Patrick Mahomes is off to a great start with eight touchdown passes and one intercept. His season has not been perfect. He had a big game in the opener, throwing for over 300 yards and five scores. In the loss to the Colts, when the Chiefs had numerous chances to put the game away, his production was not as good.
Week 3 ranking: 4
The team QBR is 51.2.
QBR rank: 13th
Matthew Stafford has played well, but the offense needs to be better. After the Week 3 victory in Arizona, Sean McVay said that he thinks the offense is learning their identity. The offense did enough to win the game despite the fact that Stafford didn't throw a single pick in the game. Stafford has thrown four touchdown passes. He is playing without wide receiver Van Jefferson, who is on injured reserve, and is still relying on Cooper Kupp, who has increased his target share by 34%.
Week 3 ranking: 9
The team QBR is 78.6.
QBR rank: 2nd
Lamar Jackson has excelled at his craft. He has accounted for 85% of the Ravens offense. He has 10 touchdown passes and a 78.7 QBR. Jackson has the fourth-most rushing yards in the NFL and the best rushing average in the league. The Ravens only got back their No. 1 running back on Sunday after they lost their All- Pro left tackle. Jackson is the best dual-threat quarterback in NFL history and the Baltimore Ravens lead the league in scoring.
Week 3 ranking: 7
The team QBR was 49.1.
QBR rank: 14th
Rodgers is playing differently than he has in the past. He's shortening it. The quarterback averaged 3.0 air yards on his completions. Around half of the league average. A large part of his yards came after the catch. He is on the verge of setting a career low in average air yards and a career high in YAC percentage. If Doubs keeps producing, that could change.
Week 3 ranking: 3
The team's QBR was 46.9.
QBR rank: 18th
Through the first three games, Tom Brady's total QBR is 46.9, good for 18th in the league and his second-lowest in the last eight years. He has thrown three touchdown passes which is 19th in the league. Statistics can't tell the whole story. The Bucs didn't have Mike Evans in Week 3 because of a suspension, and Brady has been missing several players. If he can avoid more injuries, he should give Evans and Jones some time to get used to each other.
Week 3 ranking: 11
The team QBR is 45.9%.
QBR rank: 19th
Kevin O'Connell is the new coach of the Vikings. In the loss to the Eagles, he threw three picks up. The quarterback said that it was not where he wanted it to be. The Vikings' current 45.9 Total QBR is higher than it was in the first few weeks of the season in both of the last two years.
Week 3 ranking: 15
The team's QBR was 47.1.
QBR rank: 16th
The man is figuring his way. In the Week 3 win over the Jets, the quarterback had his best week of the season, completing 63.9% of his passes for 281 yards, 3 touchdown and no turnovers. He had a good pocket feel and was able to throw the ball around. After an emergency appendix surgery at the start of training camp, the quarterback's passer rating is lower than it was last season. After a slow start to the season, his latest performance suggests things may be on the rise.
Week 3 ranking: 17
The team QBR was 62.6.
QBR rank: 8th
Through the first three games of the season, Jacoby Brissett is one of the biggest surprises on the team. He is ninth in QBR with a score of 62.6. He completed 66.3% of his passes and threw four touchdown passes. Cleveland is fifth in offensive efficiency because of its quarterback, even though the running game has been prolific. The Browns should be in the playoff mix once Deshaun Watson returns from his suspension.
Week 3 ranking: 13
The team QBR was 45.1.
QBR rank: 21st
Good news, the Broncos are 1-2. Some important late-game drives have been pushed through by Russell Wilson. Wilson and the Broncos' offense needs more progress. He has looked a little out of place in the new scheme as he and coach Nathaniel Hackett try to find a balance in getting Wilson to move the ball out quickly and not taking away his ability to make plays off schedule. He has a completion rate of over fifty percent. There is optimism that more big plays are on the way because he has moved the ball at key times.
Week 3 ranking: 24
The team's QBR was 71.6.
QBR rank: 6th
It looks like he's going to be a top pick. In his last two games, he has posted the second and third highest rated games of his career in victories over the Colts and Bolts. He's seventh in completion percentage and sixth in total QBR. He is not turning the ball over. After a lost season with Urban Meyer, he flourished under Doug Pederson.

This week's ranking is 10.
The team QBR is 38.0.
QBR rank: 26th
Jimmy Garoppolo's first game with the 49ers would be hard to judge if it weren't so similar to others he has started. Garoppolo is mostly solid, but still prone to game changing mistakes that contribute to frustrating losses. He fumbled as the Niners tried to get back into the game against the Broncos on Sunday night. The 49ers don't have much time to wait for a reacclimation process after he didn't participate in the off-season or training camp.
Preseason ranking: 6
The team QBR was 60.8.
QBR rank: 9th
The performance of the quarterback in the losses has been mixed. He had several "WOW" moments, including a 35-yard pass to DeAndre Carter late in the defeat to the Chiefs. In Kansas City, Herbert threw an interception that was returned 99 yards for a touchdown, putting the Chiefs ahead, and despite a brave decision to play against the Jags with a broken rib, Herbert completed only 56% of his passes, threw an interception and lost a sack in a loss.
Week 3 ranking: 21
The team's QBR was 58.0.
QBR rank: 10th
It wasn't a productive three-plus quarters for the quarterback after he fractured his thumb in the opener. The offense will benefit from his return as soon as this week. Cooper Rush did what he was supposed to do. He led the Cowboys to a pair of victories. He has thrown for over 500 yards in 3 weeks. As long as he is healthy, this is the job of the man.
Week 3 ranking: 19
The team's QBR was 33.9.
QBR rank: 28th
In the first few weeks of the season, Daniel Jones has had his ups and downs. His best plays have been his legs, such as the fourth-and-1 run late in the fourth quarter in Tennessee and the game-icing 11-yard scramble against the Carolina. If Jones continues to get pressured at a high rate, it will be hard for him to change.
Week 3 ranking: 22
The team's QBR was 45.4.
QBR rank: 20th
Ryan Tannehill should have won the game against the Giants. The defense was shaky in the second half of the 21-20 loss, despite the fact that he delivered passes to nine differentreceivers. The whole team was destroyed by the Bills in week 2. The following week against the Raiders, Tannehill completed 19 of 27 passes for 260 yards and a touchdown. Tannehill is a mid-level starter who isn't being asked to elevate the passing game.
Week 3 ranking: 14
The team QBR was 47.9.
QBR rank: 15th
Kyler Murray is going to the Cards. In the three games he has played this season, he has only 69 rushing yards. He's playing like a normal person. Murray isn't using his legs like he can, and the Cards need him to run.
Week 3 ranking: 25
The team's QBR was 38.6.
QBR rank: 25th
Matt Ryan is in the same situation as he was a few years ago with the Falcons, with inexperienced passing targets limiting his effectiveness. Ryan is trying to protect the football because of the pass rush. He has lost the ball seven times. On the 43rd game-winning drive of his career on Sunday, he completed 8 of 10 pass attempts.
Week 3 ranking: 12
The team's QBR was 44.5.
QBR rank: 22nd
Jameis is having a hard time. As his list of injuries grows, there's no denying that there's a lot of work to be done. Since he tore anACL last Halloween, he has been dealing with ankle and back problems. If his play doesn't improve, the spotlight will remain on him as long as he is on the injury report.
Week 3 ranking: 28
The team's QBR was 23.0.
QBR rank: 31st
In the Bears' 23-20 win over the Houston Texans, the second year quarterback called his performance "trash" after completing 8 of 17 pass attempts for 106 yards, zero touchdown and two picks. Chicago's offense hasn't been able to get its passing attack going, and a lot of that has to do with Fields missing wide-open throws, sailing balls past his receiver and generally appearing uncomfortable in the pocket. It is difficult to evaluate Fields when he has only attempted 45 passes through three weeks.
Week 3 ranking: 16
The team QBR is 35.9%.
QBR rank: 27th
Mac Jones is not doing well. When he left the field on his final offensive play in the loss to the Ravens, everything took a back seat to his health. According to sources, Jones is dealing with an ankle injury that will cause many to have surgery and miss a lot of time. Jones is hurt on the sheet. He has thrown five picks for the season. In the fifth game of the season last year, he threw his fifth pick-six.
Week 3 ranking: 18
The team's QBR was 44.0.
QBR rank: 23rd
There was a honeymoon period forMitch Trubisky. Trubisky is the worst of all the quarterbacks who have played three full games. He has not been aggressive enough in his throws. Many of the offensive issues are related to the play calling and the work-in-progress offensive line. There was at least one sign of hope for the offense in the first half of the game, when Trubisky threw a 36-yard touchdown pass to George Pickens.
Week 3 ranking: 20
The team's QBR was 63.7.
QBR rank: 7th
He has only one victory to show for it in three games, but he has looked more comfortable in his second season with the Lions. The Lions' touchdown in 11 straight quarters was the most to start a season in league history. The team needs to find a way to close games, but that's not the problem as he's playing better than he did a year ago.
Week 3 ranking: 26
The team QBR was 39.9.
QBR rank: 24th
Through two games, he had seven touchdown to three interception and was ranked 14th in total quarterback rating. He has dropped to 24th in QBR because of the third game. He has helped the Commanders use every inch of the field because of his arm when he and the offense look good. He needs to take care of the ball in the pocket and hold it too long. The team still considers Wentz an upgrade. He has the skills and talent to be effective all year, but the protection will be a concern and his pocket awareness will be challenged.
Week 3 ranking: 27
The team's QBR was 54.5.
QBR rank: 12th
Geno Smith has done well. It's better than most people expected out of a long-time backup who hadn't started a game in three years. Smith leads the NFL in completion rate and is 10th in Total QBR. He shows how much of Seattle's passing game has been short and intermediate throws. In the loss to the Falcons, Smith had some success on the field. He will try to lead a game-winning drive, something he couldn't do against Atlanta or in the three chances he had while filling in for Russell Wilson.
Week 3 ranking: 32
The team QBR was 55.8.
QBR rank: 11th
Marcus has been doing well. He has completed 63.3% of his passes, which is second best in his career, and has a QBR of 55.9. He is throwing for 8.1 yards per attempt, which is a career best, thanks to Arthur Smith's playcalling. Are the concerns? His decisions and errors at critical times, including a red zone turnover and a bad center exchange in the second half against the Saints, led to a loss. If he's going to keep the job long term, he needs to fix the mistakes he made.
Lamb is carrying the Cowboys' legacy.

• St. Brown not content with recognition
• Another dynamic RB duo for Jaguars?
Week 3 ranking: 30
The team has a QBR of 18.6.
QBR rank: 32nd
Baker has not been up to par. He is putting up career worst numbers. He's 31st in the league in completion percentage, 28th in passing yards, 25th in touchdown passes, and 25th in passer rating. This doesn't take into account five lost fumbles and almost a dozen passes that were knocked down at the line of scrimmage.
Week 3 ranking: 23
The team QBR was 48.0.
QBR rank: 17th
While the Raiders' unexpected 0-3 start is not entirely Carr's fault, we all know he gets too much credit when things are going well and too much blame when things are going wrong. Carr has had a slow start in the past under a new play caller, but he is off to a good start under new coach Josh McDaniels. His passer rating and completion rate are both the lowest of the season for him.
Week 3 ranking: 29
The team has a QBR of 29.1.
QBR rank: 30th
There is a chance that Wilson will return to the lineup this week. He has not played since the first preseason game. The second overall pick is expected to be a lot better than the first one. Wilson's development is more important than wins and losses. It's important to be patient. He should be evaluated on his progress over the last 14 games. Being able to stay healthy is part of that. In the three games Wilson has missed, veteran Joe Flacco has taken his place.
Week 3 ranking: 31
The team has a QBR of 29.1.
QBR rank: 29th
The first three weeks of the season have seen a decline in Davis Mills' performance. He's completing less than half of his passes, which is third worst in the league. He finished the year with a total of 34%. He is netting less than half of his passes on third downs, which is fourth worst in the league. The Texans' offense has scored zero points in the final quarter when Mills has been needed the most.
