Are you eligible for the Hilton Honors Amex?

The eligibility for the welcome offer is determined by each credit card. If you have never had a no annual fee American Express card, you should be eligible for the bonus.

The American Express card application rules include a limit on the number of cards you can have at a time. Amex credit cards are easy to approve for those with excellent credit.

The bonus of 100,000 points for completing minimum spending and up to $100 in statement credits for staying within the first 12 months is available through October 26, 2022.

This is an excellent offer for a no annual fee card, so if you don't have this card and haven't had it in the past, you should apply with this offer.
