At least 13 people, including seven children, were killed in a school shooting in Russia.
The Investigative Committee said 21 people were wounded. According to the news agency, the man died by suicide.
The committee said six adults were killed.
It is not clear how old the children were when they died.
Around 600 miles east of Moscow, there was a shooting.
The man in black and balaclava had a red swastika symbol on his shirt. The committee said it was a "Nazi symbol," according to the AP.
The swastika is an ancient symbol used by many cultures, but is now used by many far-right and neo-Nazi individuals and groups.
The shooting was described as a terrorist act by the Kremlin spokesman.
There is no indication that the shooting is related to the war with Ukraine or the recent deployment of more troops.
