Eddie Jones has called up Hugh Tizard and left Danny Care out of his England training squad.
Alex Mitchell is one of the players Jones has included.
Kyle Sinckler and Harry Randall are not included.
The squad will face Argentina on November 6th.
Care, Randall, and Marchant all missed out on the win in Australia in July, while props Sinckler and Joe Marler weren't selected.
There is a long injury list for England, including the likes of Maro Itoje and Alex Dombrandt.
Centre Tuilagi is back in the squad after overcoming a knee injury, as is Ben Youngs and Jack van Poortvliet.
With only a year to go until the World Cup in France, Jones says it's a good time for players to make their case for selection.
Jones said that they want them to show real energy and enthusiasm.
Those who have been left out will still be considered for the matches. The door is open for those players when we look at club games, form and fitness.
The Australia tour was a success. The experience was great for the younger players. We have to start again, but we will build on what we've accomplished.
England will host Japan, New Zealand, and South Africa over the course of the next two weekends.
Jamie George (Saracens), Ellis Genge (Bristol Bears), Tom Curry (Sale Sharks), and Joe Heyes (Leicester Tigers) are forwards.
Owen Farrell (Saracens) and George Furbank (Northampton Saints) are in the backs.
