The second Prime-exclusive sales event will start on Tuesday, October 11th at 3AM and run through Wednesday, October 12th. We first heard about the possibility of another day of deals back in June, but now Amazon has made it official, and it is called the Prime Early Access Sale instead of Prime Day.

It doesn't seem like a lot is changing between the two events The Prime Early Access Sale should bring some of the best deals of the year, as well as feature sales on Amazon devices, in addition to a wealth of other cool tech. If you have been waiting a long time to buy a new pair of headphones or a TV, take it from us and wait a couple of weeks or so to get the best price.

Some brands will be featured during the sale, but no details have been given as to what deals will be offered. Amazon is currently in the process of acquiring a number of items. A new list of the most popular and giftable items will be dropped during the event.

If you want to get a head start, there will be some early deals, such as a four-month free trial of Amazon Music, and a one-month subscription to Amazon's music streaming service. Prime Early Access deals are also available to Prime members in Austria, Canada, China, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, and Turkey.

It is no longer possible to talk about Amazon Prime sales without taking into account the physical and mental toll it places on its workers. A worker died in a warehouse that didn't have working air conditioning during the Prime Day rush. On the same day that Amazon's Prime Early Access Sale ends, the Amazon Labor Union will hold a vote in its ALB1 warehouse.

If you felt guilty about engaging with Amazon's Prime Early Access Sale, California recently filed an antitrust lawsuit against the company. We will continue to provide you with deals from other retailers like Best Buy and Target that will likely have the same sales on the same products.

When the big day arrives, we will be covering all of the best deals on Amazon and other places. If you would like to get a preview of what to expect with this upcoming event, you can check out some of our coverage from July.
