The police department at the University of Georgia arrested the defensive back on seven charges.

The charges include driving under the influence.

At 4:57 a.m., he was booked into the jail. The man was arrested by UGA police. Hours after Georgia beat Kent State, an arrest was made. He was released from jail at 9:00 a.m.

License to be carried and exhibited on demand, improper turning, furnishing, purchasing, and possession of alcoholic beverages as a person under 21 years old are listed in the Athens-Clarke County online jail log.

Out of Baldwin High School in Milledgeville, Georgia, Bullard is a 3-star prospect. He made 12 tackles as a freshman.

The sophomore was Georgia's starting nickelback entering the season. He has made seven tackles and one pass break up.

UGA officials have not commented on his arrest, and his status with the football program is unknown.

Following wins over Kent State, Oregon, Samford and South Carolina, the No. 1 team in the nation is perfect on the year. Next weekend they will face Missouri.
