According to a report, Matt Rhule isn't on the hot seat even after an abysmal start to the season.

According to Ian Rapoport of the NFL Network, no change is imminent for Rhule, with the owner of the Carolinas planning to be patient. Improvement must be visible and wins must come soon.

According to Rapoport, the locker room believes in Rhule because of the fight and effort shown on the field.

Rhule signed a seven-year deal with the team in 2020.
