The Russian Air Force Loses Up To Four Planes In One Day As Ukrainian Air-Defenses Advance

According to a report, the Russian air force had a bad day. Four Russian warplanes were shot down by the Ukrainian defense ministry. There are three Su-34s, two Su-30s and one Su 25.

At least two of the shoot- downs have been confirmed by online videos. The Ukrainian defense ministry said it was a great day.

The Ukrainian army launched a counteroffensive in the south and east. The collapse of the Russian army was caused by the eastern counteroffensive.

The counteroffensive in the south has been successful.

In the first week of the counteroffensives, the Russian air force was not present. Close air support was provided by the Ukrainian units. Units from Russia didn't.

The absence of the Russian air force is attributed to the Russian air-warfare doctrine that assigns warplanes to bomb pre planned targets. The Russian air force requires its pilots to think and act independently.

Russian air power has a hard time keeping up when the enemy is moving.
