A 4-star wide receiver out of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, has decided to attend Florida State and play football.

Williams picked Florida State over other finalist, including Miami, Georgia, Alabama and Texas A&M.

The No. 26 overall prospect in the class of 2020 is Williams. He is one of the top prospects in Florida.

He visited Florida State, Georgia and Pitt. Williams was listed as having an interest in Texas A&M by the website. Alabama, Auburn and Michigan are some of the universities that have offered.

A year later, Williams had 40 catches for 750 yards and 11 touchdown. During his junior year, he averaged a double-double on the basketball court.

Andrew Ivins gave a scouting report for Williams and compared him to a former first-round pick.

Figure's to eventually emerge as an impact player at the Power 5 level given rare movement patterns and competitive drive. Will need some time to get used to the college game, but should be viewed as a potential go-to target in a pro-style spread attack. The National Football League has upside.

Williams' size and ability to provide a big target for quarterbacks make him a college superstar. A long and productive NFL career isn't out of the question, either, but for now, Williams looks ready to tear up college fields.

Williams gave Florida State's class a big boost. The 19th ranked recruiting class in the nation is from the Florida State team.

Mike Norvell hasn't brought Florida State up to the level of the nation's elite programs in recruiting, but his classes over the last three years have been solid.

Every year since December, Norvell's team has been ranked in the top 25 recruiting classes. The highest ranked class so far was the 2022.

The results are looking good this season. Florida State is off to a three-game winning streak for the first time in three years.

Adding a player with the potential that Williams has has the potential to open things up for the Florida State offense.
