NBArank has been ranking the best players in the league for the past 12 years.

Where are the candidates for the Most Valuable Player? What about rookies and young stars who are ready to play in the NBA?

To get the final NBArank prediction, we asked our experts to vote on pairs of players.

We wanted to know which player would be better in 2022-23. The voters had to guess what the players would do.

100-26, 25-11, and 10-6) have already been revealed. The league's top five superstars are ranked today.

The NBArank panel, made up of over 200 reporters, editors, producers and analysts, was asked to rank players based on their predicted contributions for the 2022-23 season only.

No. 5: Stephen Curry

The Golden State Warriors are a basketball team.

The NBArank is 5 in 2021.

The piece of hardware missing from Curry's argument as one of the all-time greats is now in his possession, as he led the Warriors to their fourth title in six years. Curry is ready to pick up where he left off according to sources.

His ranking wasn't changed.

At the beginning of last season, Curry was in the same situation. An ankle injury kept Curry off the floor for the last month of the regular season, but he still averaged 25.5 points per game and was an early contender for the Most Valuable Player award. His teammates helped keep the Warriors afloat while he was away. Maybe that's the reason he's in the same spot as the other top players.

There is one big question for 2022-23.

Is it possible that the Warriors could do it again? Their title hopes rest on Curry's shoulders despite the strength of their All-Star core. Curry is expected to start this season as he ended the last. Curry's performance suggests he could continue to play at a high level for the foreseeable future despite the fact that he will turn 35 before the end of the season.

Why did he end the season in the first place?

There's no reason to think Curry couldn't finish the season as the top-ranked player in the league. Curry should be able to put together a strong, complete season that will allow him to win another championship and perhaps more individual hardware.

No. 4: Joel Embiid

The Philadelphia 76ers are a basketball team.

The NBArank is 7 in 2021.

After finishing second to Jokic in the voting for the NBA's Most Valuable Player twice in the last two years, the Philadelphia 76ers' center is once again a favorite to win the award.

He rose three places.

It was the first time since 2000 that a center led the league in scoring and the first time a center had averaged at least 30 points per game.

The scoring title was won by the player who averaged the lowest minutes with 33.8 per game, beating the previous record of 34.2 set by Curry in 2016 and 2021. He is one of the league's most imposing rim protectors and has become a complete player on the offensive side of the ball.

There is one big question for 2022-23.

At this point in his career, the only question left is whether or not he can make it through a playoffs healthy.

He has had a number of injuries over the course of his career, including a facial injury and thumb injury during the playoffs. There is no doubt that there is a more dominant player in the NBA today. After playing a career-high 68 games last season, he wants a healthy regular season and playoffs. The sky is limited if he does.

Why did he end the season in the first place?

This season will be the first time in his career that he will be surrounded by a team designed to maximize his strengths. That will make it more likely that Philadelphia will miss out on the playoffs and make it more likely that Embiid will win the Most Valuable Player award.

He could move to the top of the list if those things happen.

The person is Tim Bontemps.

No. 3: Luka Doncic

Mark J. Rebilas/USA TODAY Sports

The Dallas Mavericks are a professional basketball team.

The NBArank is 4 in 2021.

Doncic will be in game shape for the first time in a long time when he reports to training camp. One of the NBA's most dominant forces is Doncic.

He was one spot higher.

At 23, Doncic has proven that he's in the top tier of superstars, a perennial All-NBA selection and an NBA Most Valuable Player candidate. He was the only All-Star on the Dallas team that made it to the West finals.

Despite a calf strain that kept him out of the first three games of the playoffs, Doncic led Dallas in points, rebound and assists 10 times, the most ever in a single playoffs.

He is a threat to win scoring and assists titles who picks apart defenses with a blend of power, skill and savvy. When he single-handedly matched Phoenix's scoring total in the first half of the Game 7 demolition of the Suns, he was also a ruthless competitor.

There is one big question for 2022-23.

How far can Doncic go without another All-Star? The Mavericks lost their second-best player last season when he bolted for the Knicks. The Mavs are confident that Tim Hardaway Jr.'s return from injury and Christian Wood's arrival will fill the scoring void.

In a league full of star duos, Doncic carries as much of a burden as any other player. Doncic has led the league in usage rate for the past two seasons.

Why did he end the season in the first place?

In the past three seasons, Doncic has finished fourth, sixth and fifth in the voting for the Most Valuable Player. If Doncic gets off to a strong start and Dallas gets a top-four spot in the competitive West, he could climb to the top of the ballot.

After Doncic returned from a three-week absence to heal his ankle, the Mavs went on to win their 60th game in a row.

No. 2: Nikola Jokic

The Denver Nuggets are a basketball team.

The NBArank is 6 in 2021.

The Nuggets were no match for the Warriors in the first round. The Denver Broncos hope to be back in contention this season, led by their two-time reigning Most Valuable Player, Michael Porter Jr.

He rose four places.

Jokic followed up an award season. He improved. Jokic became the 13th player in NBA history to win back-to-back Most Valuable Player awards and did so with a historic season. He is the first player to average 25 points, 13 rebound and 7 assists, and the first to lead his team in points, assists, steals, blocks and field goal percentage.

The highest PER in NBA history was recorded by Jokic, who was named the NBA's Most Valuable Player. Jokic had 19 triple-doubles, the most by a center in over a century, and led Denver to one more win than the previous season.

There is one big question for 2022-23.

The Nuggets are whole again, but can Jokic and a new-look roster repeat the form that helped them reach the West finals in 2020? Murray and Porter Jr. missed the entire season due to injuries.

The Nuggets made some changes in the off-season, including adding Kentavious Caldwell-Pope, Bruce Brown, and trading Monte Morris to the Washington Wizards to clear playing time for emerging second-year point guard Bones Hyland.

Why did he end the season in the first place?

What can he do with Murray and Porter Jr. if he was able to put together a historic season? Jokic was double-teamed more than any other player in the league. Jokic will not face the same type of defensive attention with a full complement of contributors around him.

Assists and other categories may increase this season. It sounds like a recipe to become the top player in the league if Jokic can repeat as the league's Most Valuable Player.

The name of the person is Ohm Youngmisuk.

No. 1: Giannis Antetokounmpo

Al Bello/Getty Images

The Milwaukee Bucks are a basketball team.

The NBArank is 2 in 2021.

Antetokounmpo's list of awards already make him one of the most decorated winners in league history. How will he add to that list? Can he win another award? The Bucks will be favored to win another NBA title, but can Antetokounmpo get another Finals Most Valuable Player award? Antetokounmpo usually finds a way to surpass the high expectations.

He was one spot higher.

His claim to be the best player in the world has only been strengthened in the past year because of his consistency and dominance. The impact he has on both ends of the floor is unparalleled.

In order to win the scoring title, Antetokounmpo had to average 29.9 points per game, which was third in the NBA. Milwaukee was without its second best player, Khris Middleton, during their second-round playoff series against Boston, but they were still able to extend the series to seven games on the strength of a 31.7 point, 14.2 rebound, and 6.8 assist performance from their best player, Ante

There is one big question for 2022-23.

Antetokounmpo will bring something new to the table. Antetokounmpo gets a new skill each time. He has refined his vision as a passer, has improved his outside jumper, and has become more unstoppable attacking the paint and in the post. Is it possible for Antetokounmpo to improve?

There is a person named Jamal collier.

The NBArank is 100-26.
