Stevenson will be stripped of his two 130-pound titles after failing to make weight for his fight on Friday.
He weighed 131.6 pounds and had two hours to lose 1.6 pounds, but decided he couldn't lose the excess weight.
Stevenson said he gave it his all. My body just can't make 130 anymore, even though I've been professional my whole career and made weight. My health needs to be the priority. In my next fight, I'm going to move up to 135.
If the fight proceeds as planned, Conceicao will be able to win the vacant titles. He weighed in at 128.6 pounds for the title opportunity. He had a chance to win a title in September 2021.
The fighter was allowed to fight despite having a banned substance in his system.
