Bill Barr, Donald Trump's former Attorney General, doesn't think the former president's children should have been included in the lawsuit.

His explanation to Fox News was that it was an insult to Donald Trump Jr. and his siblings.

Donald Trump and his family have been accused of engaging in real estate business practices that often undervalued and overvalued assets.

The charges against the Trumps were a political hit job that was without merit, according to Barr.

The fact that she tried to drag the children into this was a gross overreach on her part according to Barr.

The former AG suggested that the three middle-aged executives in the Trump company didn't have the smarts to read contracts or real estate documents.
