Kyle Busch is being considered for a fourth Indianapolis 500 entry.

Busch has permission to compete in the Indianapolis 500 with a Chevrolet team.

Arrow McLaren SP was founded by a long time Las Vegas resident. Kurt finished sixth in the Indy 500 in his first race.

McLaren Racing held a town hall Thursday at its shop to introduce new hire Brian Barnhart and quell any concerns over the departure of the team president.

Barnhart was not given a title by Zak Brown. Arrow McLarenSP will have a three-car lineup next season, and Barnhart will report to Brown.

Brown told The Associated Press that he was still working on the structure of the senior management team and that he was going to hire crazy. The Indianapolis shop will be similar to McLaren's Formula One factory in England.

McLaren and Brown have had a busy season, trying to shore up their lineups with the best talent possible. It led to a dispute in Formula One between McLaren and Alpine for the rights to Oscar Piastri, which McLaren won.

Alex Palou, who will remain with Chip Ganassi Racing for the final season of his contract, was the subject of a lengthy legal battle. He was allowed to test the F1 car for McLaren last week, and is expected to join the team in the year 2024.

The team has lost its president, who joined the organization fifteen years ago.

It's been a pleasure to work for Arrow McLaren. I'm proudest of growing this team into a powerhouse that can fight for titles and victories. I'm looking forward to spending time with my family. Wednesday was Kiel'stweeting day.

Although he was vague on what his next move is, it is widely believed that he will go to Ganassi as soon as his non-compete clause expires. Mike Hull has been with the organization for more than 30 years and is the managing director.

Taylor Kiel is stepping down as Arrow McLaren's president after two seasons. There will be announcements on team management as the team grows to three cars.

The former president of race operations is Barnhart. He was absorbed by Andretti Autosport after joining them as a member of the Harding Racing team.
