The New York investigation would end to the entire company, said Michael Cohen.
Cohen said investigators had what they needed to end the company.
Cohen predicted that some of Trump's children would have to fall on their swords for him.
Michael Cohen, Donald Trump's former personal lawyer, thinks the investigation into possible fraudulent practices in the Trump Organization would end the company.
Cohen spoke to MSNBC's Chris Hayes on Wednesday about the ongoing investigation into the Trump Organization.
Tax evasion, campaign finance violations, and bank fraud were among the crimes Cohen pleaded guilty to. The New York Supreme Court disbarred him in February of 2019.
The New York Attorney General's $250 million civil lawsuit against the Trump family would end the Trump Organization, according to Cohen.
He said that this would end the company.
Cohen referred to Allen Weisselberg, the Trump Organization's former chief financial officer, who in August admitted to orchestrating a payroll tax- dodge scheme at the organization, and Jeff McConney, Weisselberg's right-hand man.
He said that he was thrown under the bus by Donald because he was yelling that the Trump Organization was a criminal enterprise.
One or two of Trump's children may have to fall on the sword for him. Three of Trump's children are listed in the lawsuit.
Cohen said that he felt like he was finally getting recognition for his role in the probe after receiving a shout out from James. James wants to bar the Trumps from doing business in New York because he accuses the former president of inflating his net worth.
The Trump Organization did not respond to Insider's requests for comment.
