According to Taylor, Trump ordered officials to dump immigrants into states. The president was a lot more specific.
He wanted us to identify the murderers, the rapists and the criminals, and make sure we didn't incarcerate them, and we put them in those cities. It doesn't take a genius to know that this is likely to be illegal.
The office of Trump did not reply to the request for comment immediately.
