The Bolsover Cruise Club agent has been hired by Not Just Travel as a cruise business development manager.
Steve Witt said that Outram is the first of many very talented cruise professionals that will be joining the team in the future.
Nearly 200 travel consultants are helping to coach and train Outram, who spent more than 12 years at Bolsover Cruises.
Witt said that she is using her skills to help other people.

Witt said Not Just Travel worked hard to become the best cruise company in the UK.
She joined Not Just Travel because she wanted to achieve this goal.
The cruise business development team has a new leader. Witt said that he was a natural choice to play this role.
Witt said that they will be announcing more top talent over the next few weeks, but they are not allowed to reveal names yet.
Witt said the company wanted to more than triple its cruise sales.
Upcoming ship launches have led the company to focus on growing sales.
Many of the travel consultants have never been on a cruise before, according to co- founder Paul Harrison.
Harrison said they were tackling it from all angles over a 15-month period.
Harrison said that sales growth had increased by 1,000% with some cruise lines.
There would be at least one seminar sailing each year, according to Harrison. He said that there were 200 travel consultants here.
A proper seminar at sea is what this is. This is a coup to begin with.
