Musk wants to expand his company from electric cars to legions of humanoid robot. The Texas-based company wants to put thousands of robot in its factories and other places. There are a number of job listings on the website dedicated to the humanoid bi-pedal robot. The first prototype of the humanoid robot will be unveiled on September 30th. This time, the company wants to go beyond warehousing. Musk thinks that robots could be used as sex partners. At the time, Musk said that the company was the world's biggest robot company because of its cars. TheTeslaBot is listed on the website as a way to achieve full self- driving and beyond. Therobots would do boring activities. The company did not reply to the request for comment.
Musk told investors in January that the humanoidrobots would be used within the plants of the company. He said that the robot could be the solution to labor shortages and that it has the potential to be more significant than the vehicle business. Many of Musk's promises have not panned out.
