United Airlines is opening a club at the airport.

The newest addition to the United Club network is a 6,080- square-foot outpost in Terminal 3 of thePHX airport.

The lounge will be United's 21st club at a domestic non- hub airport.

Travelers can expect a number of new features from United. The space has double the number of seats compared to the previous Phoenix club.

The artwork created by Arizona natives is being promised by the airline.

UNITED

United first introduced a new lounge design concept with its one-of-a-kind Newark club, and it appears that the Phoenix location will be the second one to feature these new motifs.

The artwork may be local to the region, but the seating looks a lot like the recliners, couches and chairs that United brought to its Newark club.

UNITED

It seems that the future United clubs will be based on the foundation that the airline set in Newark, as originally promised.

There is a multi-purpose space at the new Phoenix outpost that can be used by nursing parents. There is a lounge chair in the room.

UNITED

Private facilities for people of all genders, families with children and people who need assistance can be found in the lounge.

It makes sense for the airline to build out a lounge at the fifth busiest airport in the country.

UNITED

Since moving into Terminal 3 in early 2020, the airline has not had a lounge at Sky Harbor.

Terminal 2 at the airport was closed in February 2020. Travelers were without a lounge option because the United Club was closed. Eligible flyers could theoretically use the Escape Lounge in Phoenix, but they would need to travel to Terminal 4.

UNITED

Phoenix will soon be home to a new lounge by The Club. The new D concourse is home to Southwest and will be the location of this outpost.

The new United Club Fly grab-and-go concept is expected to be unveiled in Denver in the coming weeks.

The Concourse B East club in the Mile High City is being renovated by the airline.
