Uefa has confirmed that Russia will not be able to participate in Euro 2024.
The country and its clubs have not been allowed to play in international tournaments.
Germany will host the qualification draw for Euro 2024 on 9 October.
The appeals against the bans were dismissed by the court.
The decision to ban Russian teams was made by Uefa's executive committee on February 28, 2022.
Russia isn't included in the Uefa European Football Championship Qualifying Draw.
Russia has been banned from the World Cup in 2022.
Portugal replaced the women's team at the European Championship.
Uefa has banned the country's club sides from this season's top European competition, as well as ending the Russian energy giant's sponsorship.
The original plan was for the final to be held in St Petersburg, but it was relocated to Paris.
