More than 200 Not Just Travel agents attended the company's first seminar at sea on Norwegian Cruise Line's new ship.
The initiative is part of the group's Cruise Mastery programme which was unveiled in June at its summer conference.
A training programme with 15 different workshops over six days was held on the ship.
Presentations were made by top cruise sales experts, travel industry professionals and a host of other people.
The consultants learned how to sell cruise.
On the ship's third sailing, participants visited a number of cities.
"Cruise is the fastest and most dynamic growth sector in the travel industry, offering agents some of the highest average sales and biggest commission, as well as huge potential for agents in terms of repeat bookings."
We are committed to giving our agents a bigger slice of the profitable market. The experts in the cruise industry helped develop the training.
He said that more knowledge equates to more confidence and more sales.
Cruise mastery is an A level. It will not be easy to complete the course. If an agent puts in the time and effort, they can become a Master of Cruise in just a year. Hundreds of consultants have signed up for the commitment.
As one of Not Just Travel's key trade partners, it's a win-win for us to host so many agents on our brand new ship.
We look forward to selling even more cruises through Not Just Travel, as they will disembark with amazing knowledge and exciting stories to share with their customers.
