President Joe Biden is scheduled to speak at the United Nations on Wednesday.

Kirby said that the U.S. would continue to provide key capabilities to meet the evolving battlefield requirements of the Ukrainians.

The Biden administration supports efforts to document Russian war crimes.

Kirby told reporters at the White House that the US would continue to support efforts to document war crimes and atrocities committed by the Russian military in Ukraine. More than 400 mass graves were found in the recently liberated eastern Ukrainian city of Izium. There is a similarity between the revelation in Izium and the one in Bucha.

The Kremlin denied that it targets and executes civilians.
