Tigers' Javier Baez Offering Free Food to Victims of Hurricane Fiona in Puerto Rico

The island of Puerto Rico is dealing with the aftermath of Hurricane Fiona, and the Detroit Tiger is doing everything he can to help.

With many without power and the ability to cook or chill food, Baez offered free food at his restaurant, Taquiza. I support you.

Emergency crews saved around 1,000 people by Monday.

More than one million people were without power and the flooding caused a lot of damage.

President Joe Biden declared a state of emergency in order to help Puerto Rico.

In the past, he has represented Puerto Rico in the World Baseball Classic and recently committed to play for the team in the 2023 tournament.
