In an interview with "60 Minutes" that aired on Sunday, Biden was asked what he thought about a photo of some classified documents that was shared by the Department of Justice.

Biden told "60 Minutes" that he doesn't want to be in the middle of the Justice Department's decisions. I wouldn't tell them what to do and I wouldn't tell them how to prosecute.
Biden said that he was not given advance notice of the FBI search of Mar-a-Lago. The FBI took about 20 boxes of material during the raid.
