The Detroit News reported that the hoverbike made it's US debut at the Detroit auto show.
According to the company's website, the Xturismo can reach speeds of up to 62 mph and carry loads of up to 220 pounds. It can fly for a long time.
The hoverbike's flight is shown in the video. The test rider uses a fist pump to signal. The bikes engines are loud and fast until the bike lifts off. The hoverbike flies back and forth, slightly faster as the ride goes on, then lands cleanly on the ground.
The test rider said that he felt like he was 15 years old. It's great! You have a little apprehension, but I was so excited that I couldn't sleep. I felt like a small child.
