Mark Cuban says there is only ever room for '1 knucklehead' on any type of team

According to Mark Cuban, there is only ever room for one knucklehead in any type of team.

A team can have one knucklehead. It's not possible to have two. The Dallas Mavericks owner said that one knucklehead would adapt and two would hang out.

It's possible to have one guy that smokes a lot of weed. You cannot have more than one. I have made trades in the past because I had to get rid of a smoker.

Cuban doesn't have a problem with someone smoking weed, but he does have a problem with people hanging out and playing video games. Culture and chemistry are very important.

He said he liked to fire poor leaders who would cause their subordinates to leave and join competitors.

Cuban told Adam Grant that sometimes it was necessary to get rid of people who were part of the toxic side of the business.
