The last man standing at SummerSlam was Roman Reigns. There is a time and a place for it.
It was revealed Saturday at a news conference in Las Vegas that the face of wrestling, Roman Reigns, will be challenged byLogan Paul for the Universal Championship on November 5 in Saudi Arabia at Crown Jewel.
Paul met Floyd in a boxing exhibition last year.
He was a member of the tag team that defeated The Mysterios at Wrestlemania. Paul made his singles debut at SummerSlam in August, and he impressed with his ability to perform a number of moves.
Paul is going to be tasked with hanging with the biggest star in the company.
After defeating Brock Lesnar in a Last Man Standing match at SummerSlam, Roman Reigns has held the universal championship.
The storyline between Paul and the champion began this week when the champion was a guest on the Im Paulsive show. After being invited to see him at his news conference on Friday night, the two were set to face off Saturday in Las Vegas ahead of the undisputed super-middleweight championship boxing match between Saul "Canelo" Alvarez and Gennady "GGG" Golovkin.
