It was announced that Indianapolis Colts receiver Michael Pittman will not be playing on Sunday.
Pittman has been out with a quad injury. He caught nine passes for 121 yards and a touchdown in the first week of the season.
Frank Reich was optimistic that he would be able to play after he was taken out of practice.
On Friday, the Colts had already ruled out two players for the game.
The injuries on the offense could lead to increased roles for the players. Jonathan Taylor had 31 carries last week.
The practice squad players were added to the active roster by Indianapolis.
McLaughlin, who was signed to the practice squad Tuesday, will handle kicking duties against the Jags on Sunday.
McLaughlin, who kicked for Indianapolis for part of the season, will replace Blankenship, who was cut after missing a game-winning attempt against Houston.
McLaughlin has spent time on 10 different teams in his four year career.
