Mark Cuban said Gen Z would go down as the greatest generation because they take into consideration all factors.
The Dallas Mavericks owner told the "Re: Thinking with Adam Grant" that it was similar to when he first started.
"Boomers are going to be the most disappointing generation of all time, from sex, drugs, and rock and roll to what we have today."
Those born between 1995 and 2010 were referred to by the billionaire as "zoomers".
He said that organizations would have to understand that more and more. It's more than just how you treat your employees, it's what your customers want as well.
Cuban said that zoomers valued digital goods more than any other generation.
Quiet quitting or putting in the minimum amount of effort in a job is a new way of working that Gen Z has embraced. It might have been called "slacking off" or "coasting" by Gen Xers or "having boundaries" by the younger generation.
