Some of the migrants who red state governors flew to Martha's Vineyard for political purposes said that they were tricked by a woman who paid them to board an airplane with no information as to where it was headed.

The governors of Florida and Texas sent 50 illegal immigrants to Massachusetts in a highly antagonized move on Wednesday. The Florida governor confirmed that his administration paid for and chartered the two planes that the migrants boarded in San Antonio.

According to some of the migrants, a woman named "Perla" paid them $200 and helped put them up in a hotel the night before she took them to the flights.

Luis, a migrant from Venezuela who arrived in San Antonio, said that the woman made them sign a liability Waiver and did not give them her last name.

Luis said the group felt like they were being tricked. They should give us help.

They were promised jobs when they arrived, but were not told where they were going.

Insider's request for comment was not responded to by a spokesman for the congressman.

The state of Florida has taken $12 million in public funds to coordinate flights.

According to Fox News Digital, the trips were related to Florida's "relocation program to transport illegal immigrants to sanctuary destinations."

The governor of Massachusetts said on Friday that the migrants would be moved to the Joint Base Cape Cod after it was determined that there were no adequate services on the island.

The Massachusetts Emergency Management Agency is working with state and local officials to ensure access to food, shelter and essential services for these men, women and children. Up to 125 members of the Massachusetts National Guard will be activated by the governor.
