EVGA is getting out of the graphics card game. In its community forum, the company said that it won't be making next- generation graphics cards, but will continue to sell and support existing products. The company doesn't currently have plans to make graphics cards.

According to both Jayz Two Cents and GamersNexus, EVGA is no longer working with Nvidia because the company was a bad partner. It was difficult for EVGA to figure out how much it would have to charge for its own products due to the fact that Nvidia wouldn't tell them how much it would have to pay to get the core. In order to keep the manufacturer in the dark about how many GPUs it would get to integrate into its own designs and products, the drivers were sent to journalists before they were sent to EVGA, according to Jayz Two Cents.

The company is hard to work for and competes with.

In order to keep its prices competitive, EVGA has to sell high-end cards like the RTX 3080 or 3090 at a loss.

The company had a great partnership with EVGA over the years and will continue to support them on our current generation of products, according to the company's spokesman. Tom's Hardware notes that EVGA is committed to its customers and will continue to offer sales and support. Thank you to our great community for the many years of support and enthusiasm for EVGA graphics cards

According to EVGA, it won't lay off any of its employees. It is likely that the company will have to get smaller or make huge expansions on other projects because it is mostly known for its graphics cards. One of the first things the company says on its website is that it is one of the top NVIDIA authorized partners in the US.

The reputation of the company that works with it is not very good. In 2020, it sparked a wave of backlash from the gaming press when it told Hardware Unboxed that they would have to change their editorial direction and test the features they wanted if they wanted to keep receiving the samples that let them publish day one reviews.
