The major supermarket chains are closing their gas stations to the public.
All filling stations in the UK will be closed on Monday after the funeral of Queen Elizabeth II.
The company said in a statement that it would be closing all of its stores and filling stations on the day of the funeral in order to give staff time to pay their respects.
Customers will be able to pick up essentials at some gas stations in the evening.
All company-owned sites in the UK are being advised to close between 10:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. to allow staff to attend the funeral.
According to online data site Statista, Asda and Morrisons operated over 300 gas stations each, while Tesco owned 500 filling stations.
The majority of fuel is sold by supermarkets in the UK.
Only one-third of total fuel sold in the country is sold by independent filling stations, according to the RAC.
Drivers were warned to prepare for Monday to avoid being caught out by the closed roads.
"With many supermarket forecourts closed until the evening of Monday, our advice to drivers is to seek out a good value independent filling station that's choosing to stay open, or top up over the weekend instead."
Many businesses are closing for the funeral of the Queen.
