Bryan Bresee's sister passed away of cancer.
On Thursday, Bresee announced on social media that his sister had passed away after a battle with brain cancer. She was fifteen.

During the Furman game on Saturday, she was honored for her work with the Bresee family. The players and staffers wore t-shirts. After missing the game, she went back to the hospital in Washington, closer to the family's home.
Bryan Bresee went there after the win. Bresee might not be able to play for the fifth-ranked team against Louisiana Tech on Saturday.
There are a lot more important things than football. We'll be here if he's ready to play and focus on what he's doing. Right now, he is where he needs to be.
