CNN reported Wednesday that Tom Brady and Gisele Bndchen are living separately due tomarital issues.
They have been married for a long time. Brady came back 40 days after retiring from the football team. During this year's training camp, he took a brief leave of absence to address a "personal issue" and it was speculated that it was related to his marriage.
Brady said he doesn't participate in a lot of personal events because of his work.
I haven't celebrated a holiday in 23 years, I haven't celebrated a birthday in 23 years, and I haven't celebrated a Christmas in 23 years. Brady isn't able to be at weddings and funerals. Bndchen said she was concerned about her husband's return to football and that she wanted him to be happy.
Bndchen said that she wanted her husband to be more present for her and her children. I've had those conversations with him many times. Everybody has to make a decision that works for them He needs to follow his happiness as well.
Bndchen wouldn't comment on the reports of their separation. The model talked about how she made room for Brady to fulfill his dreams with the NFL by moving to Boston and how she is ready to pursue her dreams outside of the spotlight.
"Seeing my children succeed, seeing him succeed, and being fulfilled in his career makes me happy," she said. I think I've done a good job on that.
She says she has a lot of things she wants to do. I feel more connected at 42.
