Nicki Minaj Sues 'Nosey Heaux' for Calling Her a 'Cokehead'

She's filed a lawsuit because her legal team won't allow her to be made fun of on social media.

According to legal documents obtained by www.tmz.com, a woman named "Nosey Heaux" -- who goes by the social media persona "Marley Green" -- posted a video on Monday talking about a woman named "Nicki" and saying that she was "sho It's been said that allegedly. Green made "vile" comments about her 1-year-old son and called her entire family "disgusting".

Green has a string of criminal charges, bail jumping and bad debts, but her social media posts have still gained some traction.

Judd Burstein stated that the "cokehead" video had more than 2,000 likes and more than 250 retweets.

"Nosey Heaux" is being sued for defamation and wants a jury to decide the amount of damages.

When this case is over, she won't be allowed to use the name "Nosey Heaux" because she won't have enough money to pay the judgement. Anyone else who spreads lies will get the same result.

"My marching orders are to aggressively lawsuit anyone with a media or social media following who damages her with intentional lies." The lesson will be learnt eventually.
