Hilton's first Tempo hotel to open in New York next year: Travel Weekly

The first hotel for the new brand will be in New York.

The limited-service brand was introduced before the swine flu hit.

The 46-story high-rise located at 1568 Broadway will be home to the Tempo byHilton Times Square. The Palace Theater, which has been in Times Square for over a century, will be incorporated into the project as a result of the lift above the street level.

There is a guest room at the hotel.

There will be a hotel on the 36th floor of the building. Communal workspace will be on the 11th floor. There will be a fitness center, a restaurant, a bar and lounge, and an outdoor dining terrace.

Guests will be able to use the Theragun massage gun and the in-room Peloton bike from Therabody at the hotel.

The 18th brand overall is the Tempo brand.
