The new Spaces tab introduces personalized hubs for users called "Stations" that group content together based on different topics, such as news, music, sports and more The recommendations you see are based on what you do. Users will be able to access a personalized selection of live and recorded spaces on the micro-messaging service. Most popular podcasts from around the world will be included in the hubs.

There are three sections when you open the new Spaces Tab. There are Stations at the top of the tab that show different themes and topics to listen to. Some of the topcurated audio content can be found in the Spaces spotlight. There is a list of upcoming spaces.

The addition of podcasts is part of the plan to give users an all-in-one, personalized audio destination, according to the company. 45% of people who useTwitter in the U.S. listen to podcasts monthly, so the company will automatically suggest podcasts to help users discover content based on the topics they're interested in.
